Flex is a unique and innovative programme which works with young people aged 14 – 25 who are NEET – (not in employment, education or training). The aim of the programme is to encourage and motivate young people to achieve their work aspirations or improve their employment prospects. Our Flex programme draws on our extensive expertise, networks and partnerships to offer focused and targeted education solutions for young people aged 14-25 who are at risk of becoming disengaged from education and learning.

Flex is also an innovative platform which provides a range of information about apprenticeships, jobs, work experience placements, employment and education news, as well as a series of workshops and courses we offer through our partners.
