Our database includes young people from all over the UK, some are 'harder to help', some are 'hard to reach' some are from areas of high need, however all of them are interested in participating in what Flex has to offer. We have an extensive track record in achieving positive outcomes for young people.

We provide courses leading to qualifications from entry level to level 5. These courses are delivered to individuals and organisations in a wide variety of occupational sectors, but we have specific expertise and experience within the Creative Industries as well as the Health and Social Care sector.

 

elce_logo_1.pngEast London Communication Enterprise (ELCE) is a member-led employment enterprise which has developed out of the successes of the Makaton Peer Tutor  Project, developed and  been supported  by the Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDS), Speech and Language therapist as well as the Coborn Opportunity Project over the past 12 years.

 

CAGK.pngCAGK is a community project and was formed in June 2007; the purpose of the organisation is to bring the community together by developing our relationship with young people and their families through listening and supporting them to engage in a positive educational programmes and activities, so that we can help steer them away from Gun and Knife crimes. Our aims are  to outreach into the community and put into action positive educational programmes for families and young poeple; CAGK works in various locations and settings: schools, Youth Centres, Youth forum, YOT, Faith Groups, Voluntary Groups, Day Centres, Met Police, Haringey Black Independent Advisory Group. CAGK works in partnerships with different boroughs and works closely with link workers to help break down the stigma surrounding the postcode war.
