Craig Cordice – Director founded and successfully grew a creative design agency – OSC Creative. He is accomplished in both publishing and art directing. One of his largest clients over the years has been TMCUSA Publishers, a private company that publishes One-Off exclusive high end titles, such as the Official book for the Ryder Cup and various titles for Arnold Palmer’s privately owned golf courses. Craig has also been heavily involved in the design, print and production of the official magazines for the last two World Cup events.
Craig has a total of 20 years experience in design and publishing. His clients have included RfO, Metropolitan Police, Identity Passport Services and Crown Prosecution Service. Craig attended the London College of Printing and has been short-listed for a number of awards.
He has been a Commissioner for London Sustainable Development Commission part of Ken Livingstone’s (GLA) initiative, sitting on the Olympics and Promotion Sub-Groups. Craig was also a member the board of London Leadership Team - chaired by Peter Lambert. He played a key role in providing materials for the successful Qatar 2022 World Cup bid.
Joy White – Director (BSc MA PGCE) is a founder member and Managing Director of One Spare Chair Training Ltd, a training provider accredited with City & Guilds, ILM, BAC, OCR and OCN. Joy is a qualified and experienced manager, teacher, trainer and facilitator with project management as well as people management skills. This experience has been gained in a variety of learning and skills settings, including Further Education Colleges, the Voluntary Sector, Local Authorities and the NHS.
Joy is currently undertaking research regarding enterprise and entrepreneurship within the urban music economy.
Relevant Achievements to date: Winner of the 2006 Black Women in Business Award – Training Category. Developing centre to offer additional accredited qualifications in: Management, Customer Service Level, Learning & Development and Business/Self Employment. Developing and delivering OCN accredited training for the Creative Industries – ‘Creative 09’ & ‘Bonafide’. Author of ‘Don’t Tear the Wallpaper’ – a collection of short stories relating to the urban black experience from the 1960’s to the present day.
Rose-Marie McDonald - Project Manager has worked in the media television industry for over 25 years. She has held elected positions with BECTU (Broadcasting & Entertainment Cinematography Union) on the NEC and as Chair and Secretary for the Black Member’s Committee, of which she was a founding member. Has been part of a panel advising the QCA on race policy Rose has held senior positions on a television station on the Sky television platform in programming, and content development. Rose has contributed to Government consultations, both in the film industry and in children’s services. Currently, Rose sits on the London borough of Islington’s Children’s Services Strategy & Commissioning Board representing parental views on procurement panels shaping policy, acting as a source of knowledge for various Child Reference Groups, working with other stakeholders towards achieving better outcomes for children and young people in partnership with other boroughs. Rose was integral in a new campaign to stamp out bullying and anti social behaviour in Islington. She is a mentor for vulnerable parents, and supports them to the stage of seeking skills towards employment.
Mandi McGregor is the Director of Cre8tive Diva Productions an innovative company which specialises in empowering young women. With a specific focus on inspiring and raising the aspirations of women from all backgrounds, Cre8tive Diva not only run programmes and workshops all over London and the South East, but also offer a wide range of associated services including: On-line TV, event management, pr/marketing campaigns, mentoring (for women under 25), project management. Louisa has taken a behind the scenes role with young people for many years and is passionate about improving opportunities for them. Over the past 10 years, Louisa has held positions in a Further Education College, a Local Authority and a Job Centre encouraging users to continue or get back into education and employment. Louisa has worked on Anti-Bullying campaigns, with Parent Partnerships and in Community Centres to help improve local communities.
Clare Eluka is a pioneering force in the contemporary health and well being industry, specializing as Ethical beauty entrepreneur and formulator. After working 10 years in the beauty sector, founding a small vegan brand, teaching A-Level English and enjoying 4 years of freelance beauty journalism, Premae Skincare was born. Clare realised that having good skin wasn’t just about eating your greens and taking a few wellbeing supplements, but that what we feed our skin externally play has huge factor in slowing down the signs of aging. Paul Mitchell – Financial Director Paul has 35 years experience in the commercial and government sectors. He has held, directorships in a range of businesses, small and large in the print and manufacturing industries. Paul has exhaustive experience in corporate financial management and procurement strategy. He has developed an extensive range of skills which he uses on a daily basis through consultancy.
Dr D W Henry has over 19 years experience of working with disadvantaged young people particularly in north and east London. Dr Henry’s work experience includes Raleigh International, Community Links and the Broadwater Farm Community Association. As a radio broadcaster and a journalist, Dr Henry is well known in his local community and beyond. A prolific reader and deep thinker, Dr Henry is not only a teacher he is a Doctor of Divinity and an ontologist.
Stewart Campbell is professional illustrator and fine artist. A graduate of the University of East London with a B.A. in Graphic Fine Art, Stewart enjoys making artwork from discarded objects. Stewart has worked on comics in Denmark, The U.S and the U.K. Working previously as a Project Officer with a London Borough, Stewart is an experienced project officer and has several years teaching experience. Working with young people to encourage sport participation. The last few years have been spent as a portrait artist and illustrator working with a Glasgow based comic publisher. Stewart brings a creative edge to the team and hopes to share his industry knowledge to improve the prospects of the next generation of young urban artists and illustrators.
Ricardo Johnson has worked in sport for 18 years in the capacity of a Coach, Fitness Trainer, Sports Scientist/Therapist, Exercise Rehabilitator and Further Education Lecturer in Sport Science and Anatomy & Physiology. He has Post-graduate certificate in Exercise & Behavioural Medicine and is a sports science graduate from South Bank University. He has coached basketball badminton, cricket and squash. Dean Ramsay (Bsc) is a qualified Pharmaceutical Scientist with over 9 years of varied pharmaceutical experience. This includes developing novel drug delivery products such as inhalers for cystic fibrosis and implants for migraines, and working within community pharmacies across England. Dean has an immense interest in human biology and medicine, and is currently training to become a Diploma assessor and trainer.
Lil Nasty is an underground MC, participating in the music scene since 2005. Specialising in live performance as well as making tracks, Lil Nasty is comfortably confident working in different settings with a wide range of people. Marcos Andronicou is a BA Media, Culture & Communication graduate from the University of Greenwich. (Awarded First Class Honours) Throughout his undergraduate studies, Marcos has gained substantial knowledge and experience in the fields of media research, documentary production, and photojournalism. He also holds valuable volunteering and professional experience in teaching design-based IT to adults and youth. He is currently undertaking an MA in Media Arts, Philosophy and Practice at the University of Greenwich.
